Login to AnswerMy impression is that people are split now, some people actually started following what's going on in the world more actively, and others pulled back, trying to protect themselves and their mental state. Honestly, I get the second group a bit more.

I never really followed the news much before either. Even less now. I genuinely get anxious when I start binge reading the news. The problem is I can't actually do anything about it, and I just sit there feeling anxious.

I think so too. Even before there were people who cared about everything happening around them, and people who couldn't care less. It's more comfortable for me to use resources like https://indoview.id instead of buying newspapers or listening to news on the radio. I guess everyone picks whatever works for them. But just so you know, I'm not one of those people who keeps a finger on the pulse and constantly checks what's going on in the country and the world.
