They just don’t really know what they need or which type of proxy will actually solve their problem. I use rotating proxies from FloppyData because they’re considered the most stable and reliable. For web scraping, I’d only recommend rotating ones, and ideally mobile proxies too, even though they’re the most expensive, sadly for my budget.
