Problems with assembling equipment and setup during the festival

I’ve also had experience at such events, but I didn’t have any special problems with the booth. Who did you order your tent and all that from? Maybe that’s where the issue was? We reached out to this company https://www.brandedcanopytents.com/10x20-custom-canopy-tents, they offer a huge selection of everything you might need, but the quality is excellent, they offer delivery, and assembly was super easy. And it was totally worth it because we ordered personalized materials, so everything had our logos, brand name, brand colors, etc. The result was definitely worth a little extra effort.

Probably because it’s your responsibility? Because it’s also part of presenting your brand. Even if the organizer handled everything, it would be something really basic, like a white tent. Would that help your brand in attracting people? Probably not.

Honestly, I’m not doing local fairs or festivals anymore because to me, it seems like the organizers should handle all the equipment and setup (I mean booths, tents, and all that). I’m here representing my brand, I’m responsible for the products, for the marketing. Why do I have to deal with tents and booths too?
